Current MLS Listings for Foxhall
Henrico County (Zone 22)
Foxhall, located in Richmond’s Far West End, represents the epitome of Richmond’s traditional architecture. Foxhall’s roots date back into the late 1980’s with the majority of the community built out in the 1990’s and 2000’s as additional sections were brought online. While some 'transitional' influences crept into the architecture (mostly in the later 1990's), the homes are considered to be extremely conservative in most instances.
Many of the homes were built by either Colonial Homecrafters or Homeplaces, Ltd, two of Richmond’s most respected builders, known for their true colonial stylings with intricate brickwork and extensive trim and mouldings. Yard sizes are considered to be ample (relative to the home size) and generally sit on anywhere from a half acre to a full acre. Some of the sections of Foxhall back up to the Tuckahoe Creek basin that separates Henrico County from Goochland.
Location for Foxhall would be considered excellent with easy access to much of the region’s best shopping and easy access to I64, I295 and Route 288.
Overall, Foxhall is considered to be an elegant and classic neighborhood in the heart of one of Richmond's most valuable residential areas and a very safe investment for anyone's housing dollar.
